Exclusive 2- Year Swiss Warranty
We provide a 2 years warranty for all watches sold. Defective watch must be returned with a note indicating the defect on the watch and please get a RETURN MERCHANISE NUMBER and a WATCH REPAIR FORM from us before you send the item back . A replacement or repair will be sent at no charge to you. We strongly recommend you use a reliable carrier for your returns, tracking number and insurance are very important in case of a late or lost package. We cannot be responsible for watches damaged/lost in the way when you return them to us. We will only issue a refund/credit after we have received the original watch.

All our watches now come with a 2 year warranty. We have experienced certified master watchmakers on retainer with over 20 years experience working on Swiss watches. Manufacturers’ defects are covered under warranty. This does not include intentional damage, or general wear and tear (such as scratches, dents/chips, etc.). Make sure the crown is always screwed in tight so water does not get in. If any water damage is detected to have gotten in from the crown not being tight, water damage is not covered. You must email us with a tracking number after your product has been sent out so we can add to our files. When we pick up the returns, we will be looking for your RMA # number. Packages without tracking numbers emailed to us in advance will be returned to the customer.

If your product cannot be repaired, we will send you a replacement of the exact same model. If that model is out of stock, then you can choose another product of the same value. I virtually all cases of manufacturers’ defects, the product can be repaired. Please insure your return. We are not responsible for shipping damages. Intentional crown/stem damages are not covered. In most cases, crown/stem damages results from the customer pulling extremely hard at the stem, thus jamming the movement. However, if the crown/stem damage is due to a manufacturers’ defect, we will gladly repair/replace your product. Allow up to 1-2 weeks to receive your repair product. The product is subject to final inspection before it is repaired or exchanged.

Refunds/Exchanges Policy

We are very confident that you will not return your watch.

But in the event that you decide to return your purchase.

We do not charge any restocking fees. You are only responsible to return the watch and box to us.

You have 14 days to return your purchase from the date you receive it. Please contact us for an RMA number and return address.

Please do not remove any plastic from the watch or the refund will be refused and voided.

As long as the watch is returned in its original condition you will receive a refund within 7-10 working days after we receive your package.
